Hello,

there is a problem, if I access this project "https://www.myumzug-mannheim.de/" it tells me that this project will not be found, but when I access it from the Cloud and try to make it public again it does not work . The same goes for inserting a Pop out, telling me that the project would not have been found.

  Please specify in which sub-account these problems occur and where we can find the project to inspect the problem.

  My mistake I didn't specify.

  The sub-account is MyUmzug and the project that doesn't work is "myumzug-Mannheim.de" I drew with the yellow highlight which would be the problem website.

  I have this problem as well. For me, it works from time to time, but 80% of the time I get a "Project was not found" message.

  Would be great if you could solve this, and keep in mind that it might work for you when you try my link the first time. As I said before it works from time to time, but to unreliable to use on a professional level.

  I guess this isn't a DNS problem, because it seems to work on that side, see attached image.

   

  PS. I have tried it with cleared cache and also in incognito mode and on several computers and browsers.
