Brizy pro plugin not appearing on Brizy.io dashboard

Hi There, 

In wordpress Brizy gave me the error that my licence is expired. But it doesn’t expire until August. I followed a support thread advice and deleted the pro plugin. But when I went to download it from the brizy.io dashboard, it only gives me access to the free plugin.

Please help.

  Hi Peter,

  I checked your account and your license is expired, your billing period is May 8, 2020 - May 7, 2021. See here  Therefore, as your subscription is turned off, the automatic renew was canceled and your subscription was expired. Could you please re-check this too?
