Timer Not Working

I have used a pro template to use the timer feature as a count down. I only have it on one page and I have the latest PHP update and have logged out and tried the page into another browser and its not working. Any help? Just purchased the lifetime deal today.

  Could you please give us more details about the problem you encounter? What is not working fine? Could you please send us some screenshots of the problem you encounter? Could you send us the URL link of the page where we can check this problem?

  Is the problem related to the CountDown element? How did you set up it? Could you please send us more details and a screenshot of its configuration?
