Contact Form

Hello, I am using the contact form from the sidebar. Not the contact form from a template. Unfortunately, I cannot use a template because I have to include a text passage and this can only be done by using the contact form in the sidebar.
Now to my problem:
I have categories to choose from. However, the selection is displayed incorrectly: the outer lines are partly missing. Can somebody help me with it?

  Hi,

  Could you please send us the URL link of the page where we can found this form? We want to check it. Also, could you please inform us if you didn't add some custom CSS code to the form?

  Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.17 and Brizy Pro 2.2.11?
