  Hello Filip,

  Thank you for the screenshot. I checked it and find that you proxied the A and Cname records. At the moment, Brizy can’t send data to the proxied record but we are working to hard to release this improvement as soon as possible. Now, could you please deactivate the proxy and activate the grey cloud? Thank you!

  I am also getting this, however, my DNS provider is digital ocean and I can't see any option to deactivate proxied the A and CName records.  I need urgent solution for digital ocean as we can't change digital ocean as our dns provider. Thanks.

  Hi,

  Could you please send us the URL link of the site where you encounter this problem? Could you please check if you set up the A and Cname record as it is recommended in this article? Also, will be helpful if you could send us a screenshot of how did you set up the A and Cname record on the domain registration.

  Hi Mike,

  Could you please send us a screenshot from the domain registration (not Brizy Cloud but where did you set up the Cname and A record) with how did you configure the Cname and A record? Just now, I checked your site and find that the A record isn't set up. See here. Could you please recheck this?

  I have no pop-ups set or enabled (never have at this point) .  There should be no pop ups displayed for this project.  Therefore, I have no clue on how to disable this pop-up.

  Could you please go to "Project Settings" of this site, access the Settings -> Code Injection? Do you have some code in the Footer section? https://jmp.sh/U00K7Q6 Could you please delete it?
