Embeds and Errors

I just shot a video of the issue

It appears that if I embed anything on a page and create a page the embed is included in all of the pages I create or modify. 

Also when I go to edit a blog post like a page, when I select Episode 002 it takes me back to the homepage of the website.  
Please let me know how I can create a blog template, save it and use the template over and over again. 

I want to drop a video link in from YouTube and a Podcast in from Spreaker and text in for show notes.

I use Spreaker for many of my podcasting clients and want to be able to use the code in the post along with YouTube.
