The site menu "disappears" behind the header on mobile devices
I have a site menu that works perfectly on Brizy Wordpress Desktop mode.. The mobile menu seems to work fine on the Mobile page within the Brizy builder, but when you visit actually view the website on a mobile device, the site menu "disappears" behind the header.I have tried this on multiple phones/OS/browsers.
Attached two images that illustrate this issue
The first image is that of the website on a mobile device

The second image is that of mobile page within Brizy

Hi,
Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.17 and Brizy Pro 2.2.11 version? Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you still have the same problem?
Could you please give us more details about how did you create the header block? Did you use one of the Brizy predefined header blocks? Did you set it with the "Fixed" position?
Best regards,

Hi,
Thanks for your suggestion. The issue seems to have been fixed when I switched to the Twenty Twenty One theme. However, I was using the Blocksy theme before, which is recommended by Brizy itself. Any idea as to why this could be, and how I can continue to use Blocksy without this issue coming up?
- I have the latest versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro
- I created the header block from scratch (not a predefined one)
- The block is in 'Fixed' position(but the issue persists when I try changing it to one of the other modes)

Hi,
Could you please give us more details about how did you create the header block from scratch? At the moment, the Fixed and Sticky mode is available only in the header predefined blocks. See here.

Hi,
I added a new block, selected "Create Your Own", added elements to the block and made it Global. I should also note that while the block itself is "Static", some of the elements within it have a combination of 'None' and 'Absolute' positions.
Just to reiterate, changing the Header mode to Sticky/Fixed/Static makes no difference to the this issue, it seems to be only be occurring for the Blocksy theme irrespective of the mode that the header block is set in.

Hi,
It is working now since I'm using the 2021 theme. As soon as I revert to the Blocksy theme, the problem reappears.

Hi,
Could you please add one of the predefined header blocks and customize it in the way you want? You can set the Fixed or Sticky mode only for the header and it is working correctly with the Blocksy theme too. Just now, I tested the Blocksy theme and all worked fine. See here.
Best regards,

Hello,
The issue seems to be resolved if you use a predefined header block, although I'm not sure why such a restriction should/would exist. In any case, thanks.

Hi,
Unfortunately, at the moment, the Fixed and Sticky mode is available only for the Header pre-made blocks.
Ley us know if we can help you with something else!
Best regards,
Sandra0
