Integration Active campaign forms with Brizy

Good afternoon.
I'm trying to make a form integration between active campaing and brizy. On my landing page when the lead registers within wordpress and it falls into the email automation created within active campaing. But, when my lead registers on the landing page made in Brizy, the automation of active campaing doesn't work. The lead joins my list and sits in the automation funnel. Is there a problem with Brizy about this?

  Brizy has integration with Active campaign. Can you please confirm that you have followed all the steps from this article? Can you also check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.17 and Brizy Pro 2.2.11 version? Could you please check if, on your Active Campaign account, you don’t have some limitations or inconveniences?”
