Pro license removes itself

I have a website built with brizy, but it already happened twice that the license key turns out blank (after a succesful activation) and all the settings for the colors, fonts, newsletter etc. are gone. Then I activate the license again, manually edit the settings and a week later it happens again. How can this be prevented/solved?

  Hi,

  that's strange. Can you please confirm that we are talking about the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.17. and PRO 2.2.11? Do you have any optimization plugins? Do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins?

  I don't have any optimization plugins, but there are some unneccesary plugins that I just removed. Maybe that causes it. I will have to wait and see if it happens again..
