A name redirect

I have a question regarding the custom domain settings in Brizy Cloud. This is the first time I have done anything like this, I have only evver done nameservers.

I have figured out the CNAME but the A redirect is not so clear.

The instructions say:
Host (might be Alias) needs to be @.

I don't see how to include the @ symbol in the domain registrars (Dynadot) settings. I now have no idea what to do.

If someone can help that would be great.

  Thanks for the links, they were helpful.  I have changed everything and am just waiting for the site to update.  Fingers crossed I have done everything right now.
