Something went wrong with the Project

I just started getting this message "Something went wrong with the Project" on the following site - https://kelownahomeprofessionals.com/

I thought it was a server issue so I moved it to my new Google Cloud server as a dev site and deactivated all of the plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro http://coryalex.flywheelsites.com/

The same message is appearing when I try and edit any page or create a new one.

Everything is up-to-date (Brizy / Wordpress) I added a fresh license key into Brizy, I ever redownloaded and installed Brizy Fresh.

What would cause this issue??
