    Hi,

Could you please send us the URL link of the page where you encounter this problem? I tried to reproduce this case on my site but all worked fine in the mobile mode. See here how is displayed the page on the Android device and see here how the same page is displayed on the iOS device. They are looking the same and the letter spacing is the same.

Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.17 and Brizy Pro 2.2.11? Could you please open the editor in mobile mode and check the value for the letter spacing? You can find this option here in the global styling or here, in the custom way for the text element.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

It's on all pages of Kineqtdirect.com, but let's use this page as an example: https://kineqtdirect.com/results/help-to-buy-results-high-lti-and-ltv/

Yes, I use this font on H1-6 and on all of them the letter spacing is set to 0.0, across desktop, tablet and mobile.

Yep, I'm on the latest version of Brizy and of Wordpress.

Is this a local issue to my Brizy installation then?

    Thanks,

    Mark

    Hi,

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this problem on my test site. Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? This is an inoffensive action and will not affect your site. It is only for testing purpose. Do you have added some Custom CSS code or external code (embed code) on the site? Could you please temporary disable it?

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Tried and with no effect. I have the default 2021 theme in use anyway, and only a few plugins.

This person was able to fix it by removing &display=swap from the Google Fonts import rule. Is there a way I can access that on my website? Either by CMS or FTP?

    Hi,

Yes, if you have the Wordpress site you have access to the file manager and you can add the code you need. If this inconvenience was found by other non-Brizy users, this seems to be an inconvenience from the Google font.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    How do I do this?

Adding the Google font code to the header.php file does nothing. As I'm using this font through Brizy, I don't know clearly how to edit it.

Unfortunately, the solution found in the article you shared with us isn't provided and tested by us, therefore, we can't guide you on how to apply it. We will inform our team and will strive to found a workaround.

    Best regards,
    Sandra
