Hello, I would like to build an element like the elements on the right edge:

an icon with a fixed position where the caption is displayed when hovering. How can I do that?

  Hello Natalie,

  Thank you for your message.

  We don't have a "transparent" option for the header block, like in your example. 

  In the header, block enable the Sticky option, change the background color, and in the logo color add a hover color for preview, a short video for you - https://jmp.sh/JSfE2Wt .

  I am interested in the function that I have an image or icon and when hovering the image or icon and a text appears. Do you have an idea how I can achieve this?

  Unfortunately, at the moment it isn't possible to display a text when hovering the image, icon or any other element.
