1) saw post on public forum requesting acc. to be deleted based on email provided. From what i can see it was done! Hope it takes more than post on public forum to delete account ! Everyone can make this kind of post/request

2) I really want to use this platform for smaller projects we develop. BRIZY Cloud is amazing product - big thanks to entire team!. Anyway, what worries me: let say someone hacks my acc. and deletes all projects - is there any way to restore my acc. and projects? 

Now we have only 20 projects with Brizy, but thinking to move to bigger number of project, so no backups makes it kind of Russian roulette :) Even if we export projects , there is no way to import it back to cloud. There is no 2FA, no backups (i know about) , nothing, so as soon someone gets your password (this or other way) you are in big trouble.

  Thank you for your message!

  1 - When a user requests to delete his account, we check in our database if the email he sends us is his one. A user can have several Brizy accounts with different emails. Therefore, we check this aspect too.

  2 - It isn't so easy to hack the Brizy Cloud dashboard, only if the hacker doesn't have the email and password of your account. But this risk is everywhere on almost all platform. For this reason, we recommend adding a strong password to your Brizy account. 
  Unfortunately, if the project was deleted, at the moment, it isn't possible to restore it. We are working on this aspect.

  Any updates on project recovery and 2FA protection for log-ins?

  These are pretty basic and mandatory features for any cloud page builder or ANY cloud service for that matter.
