POPUP condition not working propelry

Hi, the popup condition is not working properly.

I have the popup show only to DESKTOP, but mobile user still sees it (when preview in mobile in google chrome developer mode)

I also excluded a URL /checkout/, but it's not working either, POPUP still showing on the /checkout/ page

Here is my setting:

  Sure, but can you make sure the link is not visible to others? anyway I can set that from my end? it seems all comments are public.

  Link: The link was deleted by Brizy Support team

  If you add item to shopping cart, then go to checkout, the URL page will become: /checkout/  I have in the poup condition to not to display there. but still the popup is still displaying.

  I need to make sure the popup works properly, so I can add more popup feature like exit intent poup.
