I am trying to integrate Zendesk Chat on my page.

Issues i am facing:

1. The header integration code from zendesk (Code Injection > Header) is not available in Page Source. Not even after 24 hours

2. Header injection code takes about 24hours to show according to my test. After adding the test, code was not in the page when i checked the page source after 2 hours.

 

Can an admin help me with Zendesk integration?

  Did you follow all these steps in order to place the Zendesk chat on the Cloud site https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022182054-Adding-the-Chat-widget-to-your-website?

  Hello, yes, i have tested the code in both Header and Footer under Code Injection.

  Hi Andrew,

  I investigating a bit deeper the article from Zendesk and found that the Chat widget can be added to the page too. Could you please go to the page where you want to display the Chat widget, add the Embed element and paste there the code from the Zendesk. Update the page and preview it. 

  The embed element can be added anywhere on the page, this doesn't matter.
