My SubDomain On Brizy Cloud Not Work

Hello...

Please help me...

I have a website, using my subdomain here https://link.kupakaikaos.com/

I get a problem. This project on this website has published, using this subdomain. But till now, still getting notice "Project Was Not Found". I dont know why, but after some testing, i think is the because this subdomain not using A record, because brizy only giving CNAME record. But, when i try input brizy IP, cant do that. Because subdomain "link" has using on CNAME. 

Please help my serious problem :)

  Could you please tell us in which subaccount is the project? Also,could you please send us a screenshot of DNS settings from the domain registration?
