    Hi Liang,

    Is the problem with this project: https://blueberry6084068.brizy.site/ ? If you fill in the form directly on the cloud link will you receive the message? Does the problem only appear when you send from your custom domain?

    Hi Alex,

    Yes. That is the project.

    I can see the form submission will record the lead in the project, but I didn't receive the email from the submission.

    Please refer to the hosting we put in the s3 server.

    Before going to the next step you need to confirm that the form works when you use the subdomain: https://blueberry6084068.brizy.site/ directly and does not work when it is on your domain: https://www.livecall.tw
    We did some tests on https://blueberry6084068.brizy.site/  and it works well for us: https://jmp.sh/7I81Lsj

    Hi Alex,

    Interesting. I didn't receive the email from my email client which we port into Google Workspace.

    Is that something I need to test it with Google?

    I can receive other emails without any issues.

    Hi Liang,

    so if I understand correctly you have a custom email where you do not receive messages but with a different email like @gmail or @yahoo everything works well?

    Hi Alex,

    That's not what I mean.
    Let me clarify the environment I have now.

    - Site: https://www.livecall.tw (file export from Brizy Cloud)
    - Contact Form: Email setup to send sales@livecall.tw

    However, the Brizy Cloud dashboard did show the lead record from the contact form I submitted, but it didn't send through the email to the mail I setup for sales@livecall.tw.

    That is the problem I am facing now.

    Hi,

    I understood that initially. But what I want to check are these two cases: 
    - do you receive the email from our subdomain where your project was originally stored: https://blueberry6084068.brizy.site/?
    - do you receive the email if you add another email instead of sales@livecall.tw?
