    Hi,

    If you want to design the categories with Brizy, I can suggest creating a Brizy template for the Categories pages. For this you have to:
    1 - Go to Brizy -> Templates -> Add new and create a new template;
    2 - Give a suggestive title and add this display condition:
          Template type: Archive;
          Condition: Include - Category - All.
    See here. This display condition will apply the template to will create to all Categories. If you want to design some categories in another way, you will need to create another template and add instead of "Include - Category - All", you will need to add "Include - Category - [Category name]".
    If you will create 2 templates, 1st with this condition "Include - Category - All" and 2nd with "Include - Category - [Category name]", it is recommended that in the 1st template to exclude the [Category name] to avoid inconveniences. Therefore, you have to add "Exclude - Category - [Category name]".

    3 - Click on the "Edit with Brizy";
    4 - Now, you have to design the structure of the page and it is recommended to use the dynamic content lie Archive element (to display all posts from the category), #Archive title (to display the category name in a dynamic way) and other details. See here.

    The template is something like a sketch you create for a page/post, category or posts and design it how do you want to look at that page. In the Brizy template is recommended to use dynamic elements like Posts element, Post Content, Post title, Featured image and so on. Therefore, the template will get all the dynamic information it needs from the page/post where it is applied and will show you that information in the structure you set up in the Brizy template.

    Thank you, Sandra. It worked nicely.

    Is there a way to duplicate a Brizy template?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, the Brizy builder doesn't have the clone or duplicate option but you can install a plugin that can do this. I have installed the "Duplicate Page" plugin https://jmp.sh/vk2aryP and it is working great with Brizy pages and templates. See here

    Best regards,
    Sandra
