Trouble Connecting to domain

Hi there, 

My domain connection does not seem to be working. I have connected the custom DNS to our domain provider. But I access the site, it is unable to connect. This message pops up. 

How do I solve this issue?

  Hi Alicia,

  Thank you for your message.

  We checked your site and found that your account was not validated and we validated it manually. Also, you didn't set up the A  record, you need to add it in the DNS settings. Could you please, check this article and follow all these steps to set up the A  record?
