Hi,
Could you please give us more details about this problem? How did you connect the form? What connection method did you use? Could you send us the URL link of the page where you receive this problem? Also, please send us some screenshots of how you connect the form.
Thank you!
Best regards,

Hi,
Yes, I have tested the form and send a message for testing purposes. Great to know that you received it in one of the emails. Seems that all is working fine with the Brizy Forms connections. Could you please give us some details about how did you connect the private email? Could you send us some screenshots? What method did you use?
Thanks!

Hi Sandra, is it safe to post screenshots here ?
All I did was add the email address to the contact form, save then tried to send an email expecting it to be available in the private email account? Should I be adding something else to make it work, thought it would be straightforward as adding a personal email address and receiving emails :D
Kind regards

You can send here the screenshots with how you connected the personal and private email and if you don't want to make them public, let us know and we will delete them before approving your reply. It is safe and in such a way your screenshots will not be public.

Hi Sandra,
All I did was add the contact form element then added my two email addresses separated by a comma, then saved. Re Private Email, I simply purchased from Namecheap added the email address and that was it, no configuration required.

Hi,
I'm sorry, seems that I confused you a little bit :).
In one of your previous messages, you said that you contacted Namecheap about this problem and they said something about SMTP. Could you please give us some more details about their reply?Did you try to connect a completely new form with this email and test it? Can you receive some email (from the non-Brizy forms) on this email?
Best regards,

Morning Sandra,
Unfortunately I dont have the chat log from Namecheap. To be honest I have no idea why the namecheap staff mentioned smtp as that is not in my control, I just use the contact form and use privatemail.
Everything was working fine until i transferred the website from wordpress brizy to brizy cloud, I added a temp screen and a contact form and that's where everything came to a halt.
Would 2 contact forms with the same email address added cause any conflict?
Sandra if it helps Zoom / Google Meet ?
Kind regards
Pele

Hi Pele,
We checked with the team about the inconvenience you encounter and after several tests, when we can't encounter a problem with the form, we checked the email you encounter this problem and forced it to the White List. Now, all should work fine. Could you please check this?
Best regards,

Hi Sandra,
This is from Namecheap :
Please try to use the SMTP details for a contact form as follows: SMTP Host - mail.privateemail.com;
Encryption - TLS or SSL;
SMTP Port - 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS);
Authentication - On;
SMTP Username - full email address;
SMTP Password - password for that email address.0 -
Hi,
Seems that this email can't be connected as usual to our standard form connection and it have to be connected through SMTP. Unfortunately, at the moment, we don't have the SMTP option for the Brizy Cloud Form element. At the moment, you can connect the form with one of our app integration or with a standard email notification method.
Best regards,

Hi Sandra,
I see. Before I used Private email i was using a cpanel created email and that was working fine until i switched from wordpress brizy to brizy cloud, so i tried private email and neither worked so something went wrong somewhere.
Just to add, I spent an hour with Namecheap support and they have quadruple checked everything their end, I even tested again with a cpanel created email. Emails are not working via the contact form for some reason.
kind regards

Hi,
I would like to help you with this but if this email needs to be added through the SMTP (as it is possible to do in the WordPress dashboard), it can't be added in the Brizy Cloud form.
Let us know if we can help you with something else!Best regards,

Morning Sandra,
Hope you are well. I finally got round to reply. Just to let you know, what I did in the end was remove the contact form and just added a simple mailto email. 👍
Kind regards
