I have tried multiple browsers, all with the same result.  Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge

I have also tried switching to a different theme.  Still same error.

    Please advise.

I can give login details if needed.

I would like to get started on this project today if possible.  If I can't use brizy, I will switch back to Divi, although that would make me very sad as I just spent $300 to purchase your software.

Please let me know how I should proceed.

    Thank you.

I have also deactivated all plugins beside Brizy and Brizy pro.

    Same error still.

    Hello? Is anybody there?

I have installed and been able to use the free brizy builder plugin on another site on the same hosting, so this makes me think it's something either with brizy pro, or this specific wordpress installation, but I haven't a clue what exactly...

Currently, I have switched back to Divi, but I would like to start using brizy.

    Can someone help me, please?

    Hi James,

I'm sorry to hear you had such an experience. If you bought the license recently, it is most likely that you have the latest versions, but I have to check this. Are you using the latest version of Brizy Free 2.2.16 and PRO 2.2.11? If so, we will need the login details to your site and we will solve this issue.

btw: I noticed that Divi is installed on the reported link, so we will need a link where we can reproduce the problem with Brizy.

Yes, everything is the latest version. Brand new install of everything.

If you read my support thread, I have switched to Divi so that I could begin work on my project.

I have to say, so far I am not pleased with my purchase. I tried the free builder plugin on an existing site on the same hosting (and it worked) before I purchased pro, so this is rather frustrating. The response times for support are also problematic. Almost 20 hours for a support response on a paid product is not really tenable for professional work.  To contrast, divi support usually responds in less than an hour, and if escalation is needed that usually takes 4-6 hours, regardless of what time zone I am in...

I have another project in the pipeline that I would still like to use brizy for.  Can you provide any system requirements for me to check beforehand to ensure compatibility?

As much as I want to use your software, so far I am not certain I will be able to do so. A great idea would be for error messages to say more than 'something went wrong'... That would allow users to share useful troubleshooting information and be able to find answers in the forum from existing threads. 14 hours for a support response on a paid product is not really tenable for professional work.

I have switched the site back to blocksy theme and enabled brizy and brizy pro (the problem persists, however pages built with divi or the blocks editor still work...)

I have created a user account using the mail address (noreply@...) on the support email i received. Let me know if I need to use something else, or there is another way to provide you access without posting credentials in this public thread.

So, no support on weekends? So, I'm looking at 72+ hours without any response?

I'm glad I didn't get anything built with your software.

Cancel my purchase and refund my payment please.

    You guys are terrible.

    Hi James,

I hope the frustration subsided a little more today. You hit the days when support is limited and we did not have the opportunity to establish a professional collaboration with you. I'm sorry about that. Certainly, in the future, we will have support on weekends but at the moment it is limited.

From what I know, one of my colleagues has already offered you a refund and Natalia inspected the problem and it seems to be a third-party cause (Wordfance plugin). They offered a temporary solution so now the builder is working on your site and even if you received a refund I recommend you do some test work with Brizy. I'm sure you'll love it.
