Slider Autoplay and Sticky Header Incompatibility

I have a sticky header, and I have a slider as my first block after that. Everything is fine until I try to make the slider autoplay. Either it will not, or, it seems to break the header ( I see both of them, one below the other) and then the slider below that, which autoplays.

I have tested this several times, and each time, it exhibits this behavior. I am using Brizy Pro, latest current version.

What can I do to get these to coexist?

  I tried to reproduce the problem you reported but all seems to work fine. See here.

  Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.17 and Brizy Pro 2.2.11 version? Also, could you please send us the URL of your site?

  As I have been editing, I notice that the problem is not constant. Sometimes it breaks apart, sometimes not. Further, I have noticed that the slider does not autoplay if the cursor is hovering over it. I do not think this is usual, is it? Given the size of the block, no one will see the autoplay, as it is next impossible not to have the cursor hovering in that space.

  As I said, the problem is not constant. That is part of the problem. Most vexing is the fact that the slider will not autoplay when the cursor is hovering over the slider. Why?

  Sorry for the late reply, but among other things, I have been in the hospital. I now need to get back to this client, so  fix would be appreciated.

  Hi Shaun,

  I'm so sorry you were in the hospital, I hope you feel better now.

  I would love to help you but I could not reproduce this issue. In this video, I have the cursor on the slider and the slider play, everything works well. Here is a video from your page, also everything works well. This could be a cache issue, please the next time when the slider will not work, clear the cache and check again.

  Thanks for your response. I see the video you sent of my site. It most definitely does not slide on my computer when the cursor is on the slider. I will try and get a video capture program today so I can send you a video to show that. How do I get a video to you?

  Ok. I understand it works for you. As you can see from the video, it does not work for me on my computer, and as such, I have every reason to believe that it does not work on others' machines either. So, we would have to say that it does not "work perfectly," because if it did, it would work on my machine and browser, which it does not.

  Please advise on how we can troubleshoot and correct this, as my client is becoming disenchanted with brizy, which I recommended to them wholeheartedly. I hope that was not a mistake.

  Hi Shaun,

  We have checked your website on 3 different devices, and at all 3 the slider works well. Could you please check in an incognito mode? Do you still have this problem?
