404 Page - Menu missing

For some reason our menu, which is a global block, is missing from our 404 page template  -

But I can't find the block in Global blocks to add it, and it isn't showing automatically either.

How do I resolve this?

  Hi Sarah,

  Could you check what condition have you set up for the Header global block? Please go to Display Condition and set this one “Include - Pages - All”, also set up this condition “Include - 404 page” too. See here https://jmp.sh/DUCiIoX. In such a way this block will be displayed on all Brizy pages inclusively the 404 page. Then “Save” the modifitication you made on the “Display condition” and click on the Update to update the page. Clear your cache memory and make a refresh to the 404 page.

  Oh I didn't know about those settings, thank you it's worked (slightly different from your screen but it's there via the Brizy templates option in the drop down in case others have this issue)
