Could you please send us the site URL link? We want to check this problem on your site because we can't reproduce this problem on our test sites. Also, please send us a screenshot of the condition that you have set up for the pop-up.

  Image as above. I set the popup to appear only on 1 page. However, it appeared on all the pages. I have tested this works previously after I complete the website. This issue only found just recently.
