SSL doesn't appear for weeks

My site umaila.com doesn't get the SSL certificate for weeks. what's wrong?

  Hi,

  Can you please confirm you added the CNAME record and A record? Do you have the green color in the "Custom Domain" section for both records? This is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly.

  Yes, the CNAME & A record is green, but the SSL Certificate is not installed on my domain.

  Hi,

  please remove this record: umaila.com. 600 IN AAAA 2400:8901::f03c:91ff:fe46:e9f and SSL will apply.  In general, you must ensure that you have records only those required by Brizy: 1 CNAME 1 A record.
