Builder Settings Overlapping

The settings panel is overlapping the page element. How do I suppose to put the element there. Okay, for more settings I could change its side but to add elements I'm without any option. I hope the video will help you understand the issue.

  Thanks for the reply, but I've already tried the solution which is basically not a solution, else it's a Jugaad in Hindi language. 
  
  I hope, you guys would come up with improvements very soon as I've found there are many request from users which haven't took place yet.
