    Hi,

    Did you move the project from one account to another? We have this problem with the projects that are moved from one account to another. Our team are working to solve it and strive to release the fix as soon as possible. 

    For the moment, I can suggest duplicating the form and the duplicated one to connect again with the email or integration. After this, the first form, you can delete.
