    Hi Melania,

    Could you please check if you log in to Brizy Cloud with the same Brizy account where you have the Pro license? Could you please send us the email of your Brizy Pro account? You can send the email here and before approving I will delete it from your reply. In such a way we will protect your email from public view.

    We checked the email you send us and find that we don't have a user with that email ( inf***cks (dot) it). We find that we have a user with this email inf***cks (dot) io. Is this your email and account? Could you please check this? Do you log in to Brizy Cloud with this email inf***cks (dot) io?
