I can't login to Brizy WP Library from my account

I can't login to Brizy WP Library from my account.

I DO can login from normal Brizy.io login.

I own a Pro account.

I have changed my password but the problem persists.

  Hi,

  Thank you for all these details! We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site and the Brizy account credentials?
  I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the WP and Brizy account credentials?

  Hello, I am having the same issue. I can't log into Brizy from WP plugin, but I can from Brizy.io

  Also, when I try to submit for a new password, it is telling me 'The email address format is not valid'. This is the email I use (copied and pasted) >>> mike@mudbughosting.com

   

  Not sure what is incorrect about the format.

   

  Using MS Edge. I get the same issue on Chrome

  The main issue is that I can not login to Brizy from the Wp-admin like I can from Brizy.io

  Hi James,

  Please make sure that you are using the latest Brizy plugin versions, which are 2.3.23 for Brizy free and 2.3.17 for Brizy Pro. Try to fully reinstall plugins (deactivate, remove, install again) Clear the website cache and check your page again. Also, to be sure that we understand correctly, please show me the screenshot where you try to log in . Thank you.

  I see that you have Brizy Cloud Plan, you cannot login the account ? Did you changed the password ? Or you cannot change the password?
