Cannot publish to subdomain

Hi

Tried using all the publish options on the dashboard; bottom left link and top right drop down. And within page editor itself. I hit submit on the choose your subdomain popup I get green confirmation page reloads but NO publish

  Sorted, basically, didn't read the fine print.

  Please ignore, I would have deleted my post and not bothered but I don't have that functionality.
