    Hi Christopher,

In a couple of hours, the server will work again. I'm sorry for these troubles.

    Official announcement:

    BRIZY CLOUD ANNOUNCEMENT

Brizy Cloud projects on brizy.site domain will not be accessible for a few hours

We are aware of the Brizy Cloud problem with hosting and site previews! We are working to fix this ASAP together with our domain registrar Uniregistry.

This happened because unusual activity on certain websites created on Brizy Cloud platform has been reported directly to the registrar of our domain and they preventively blocked the domain. We are in contact with them to solve this asap.

There is NO breach or security risk for the sites created in Brizy Cloud, the issue is related to the brizy.site domain being locked for review.

All the projects that have a custom domain linked via an A Record DNS change, are NOT affected by this downtime.

I'll keep you all in the loop once I know more. An announcement regarding the fix will come soon.

We are very sorry for this inconvenience

    Hi Natalia,

    thanks for your reply.
You wrote "All the projects that have a custom domain linked via an A Record DNS change, are NOT affected by this downtime.". Our domain contracthero.de is linked via A Record DNS Change (34.237.47.210) to one of your webservers but the webserver 34.237.47.210 seems to be as well not available.
Do you have any ideas how we can solve that or maybe a workaround?

    Hello Christoph,

Right now all your projects are available in the editor and preview mode.

After our announcement, we've noticed that projects connected with a custom domain via A+CNAME records didn't work. Only projects connected with CNAME records were available in the preview.

    Apologizes again for this inconvenience.

    Regards, Natalia
