Woocommerce Cart icon in header: Live items total

I can't seem to make my cart icon in my header be "dynamic." I want it to show a live total of the number of items in the cart. This is a standard function in Woocommerce sites, but I can't seem to find how to do it in Brizy. 

Note: I built the header using the Woocommerce cart block within the Brizy editor.
