Server Sync delay

Hi, I have successfully installed and published the site with server sync.

Now, I added a popup and a blog page from the brizy cloud.

I have been waiting for 1 hours, but it seems not updating to my main site yet. 

How long usually take to be updated?

  Hi,

  Could you please send us the URL of the published site and the URL of this site from the brizy Cloud? Where we can find the pop-up?

  The popup will appear on all pages in 3 seconds. 

  this is the newly created blog page, https://scotts.brizy.site/blog

  This page is not appearing as well in 12 hours.

  Hi Erin,

  I'm sorry for the late response. Could you please delete the "Cache" folder and check if the modifications you made in the Brizy Cloud appear on the live site?

  I already did. If you visit both sites can see the differerence.

  Hi,

  Thank you for all these details! We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the FTP credentials of the live site?
  I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the FTP credentials to this site?

  Hi Erin,

  Thank you for sharing the FTP credentials in the private ticket we created for you. We received them and our team are already working to investigate this problem. When we will receive some notification from them, we will inform you too in that private ticket.

  I want to ensure you that when the message isn't approved it isn't public and therefore it is visible only by the Brizy Support team.
