Sync Feature Not Working

Hi there,

I'm trying to connect my WP Brizy to my Brizy Cloud...but its not connecting. It says the plugin it not compatible with my account. But I tried to reinstall all the plugins and make sure it's all updated...but I still have the same problem....plugin not compatible with my brizy account.

I'm not sure what's the problem with it.
