All brizy.site domains blocked

Hello,
we have several landing pages within your service.
The main Italian internet service provider has blocked all brizy.site domains.
So this is affecting all our landing pages.
A simple workaround could be to point the landing page domains directly to the IP of the brizy service, but when we did this Brizy disabled the landing page because the CNAME was not pointing anymore.
Can you give us a different CNAME record that does not use brizy.site or let us use the IP also for the www records?
This issue is very serious because we have several campaigns running on these pages.

  Hi,

  Thank you for all these details. Could you please send us a screenshot from your domain registration about how do you connect the Cname and A records? I notice that your site doesn't have the SSL at the moment and I suppose that this can be a cause of the problem you encounter. Do you register the AAAA record? If you have it added, could you please delete it?

  [Update] Just now, I re-checked your site and found that the SSL is already added to the site. See here. Could you please delete the cache and check it again?

  Yes, I confirm that the SSL certificate is already installed on the site.
  I deleted the chache but the problem persists.

  Connection with the main Italian internet service provider is KO while with other ISP is OK.

  Can you give us a different CNAME record that does not use brizy.site or let us use the IP also for the www records?
  This issue is very serious because we have several campaigns running on these pages.

  Hi,

  I have the same problem with all the websites that host with Brizy.site is blocked by Rogers in Canada since this morning! the problem is very serious for us we have 5 ads campaign running right now.

  I'm sorry for this inconvenience. We checked this problem with our developers and found an inconvenience that is already in the fixing process. In a couple of hours, all will be work correctly. I will inform you in an update when it will be solved.

  Thanks for reporting this issue. We will work with the Indonesian authorities to lift the ban on the domain brizy.site. We welcome any advice you have on working with the Ministry of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia.

  As per the tests at https://trustpositif.kominfo.go.id/ looks like custom domains published through Brizy Cloud are not being blocked. As a temporary solution, you may want to consider adding custom domains to your Brizy Cloud projects.

  FYI, as below email, domain brizy.site still blocked in Indonesia. Even we use custom domain it can't be accessed because cname pointing to brizy.site. Could you please help us?

  Hi Lutfi,

  We've realized that working with a government body to complete this kind of task is not easy for us. It would be wonderful if a local person with some government connections can assist in advancing this request with the Indonesian authorities. We are willing to remove any inappropriate content and take other corrective measures if the cause of the domain ban can be identified.
