js wont work with openlitespeed elements disappear
cant see any element with a transition
cleared and turned off all caching
lost hrs on this?
when i disable a simple text transition the element
eg text comes back
anyone have a fix?

Could you please give us more details about this problem? Is it related to the Brizy elements from Brizy pages? How did you set up the transition to the element? Could you send us some screenshots or video?

Its quite simple
create a page
create h1 heading
add a simple animation on load
save
text gone
its in the html but not visible
and no issues in chrome
nor conflicts
remove the animation and its back
time wasting 3 hrs
we are now deleting brizy
if u could please let us know how to remove it all from the database
as the client does not want this ?

In over 20 years of web dev i have never seen this and nor have i ever not been able to trouble shoot a clients site like brizy.nightmare.
can u tell us how to remove it from our database as we need it cleaned
off

Hi,
Unfortunately, I can't reproduce the problem you encounter. See here. Did you do the same steps? Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.13 and Brizy Pro 2.2.9? If you temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate the Twenty Nineteen theme, do you receive the same problem?
If you want to delete the Brizy plugin, please make sure you deleted the Brizy Pro and Brizy Free from the WP dashboard - Plugin list. After, go to all pages edited with Brizy and delete all the content. Also, we will recommend cleaning the site cache and optimize the database using the WP Optimizer.
