something went wrong with the project

Can't get the builder to load, reinstalled all plugins, Updated everything to latest, tried with all other plugins off, tried with a different theme, all the generic trouble shooting tasks. 

Just keeps saying something went wrong, checked the console and it said bootstrap error – "Project data should exist" editor.js or something along those lines.

Please help!
