    any options here?

It seems the websites are visible from Romania, but when I try to open from Germany I get the privacy issue.

    Hi Tiberiu,

I checked both sites (the first and second link are the same) and I find that the SSL is added successfully. See here and here. Could you please delete the browser cache or check in the incognito mode of the browser sites?

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi there,

@Tiberiu Socaci, thank you for all these details. In your first message, you send us some other URLs but now I checked these 2 https://www.inchirierigorj.ro/, https://www.synrgy.ml/ and all seems to work fine. I checked them on the incognito browser mode. See here. Could you please check them again?

@Mahyar Moharer, could you please send us the URL you find that don't have the SSL? Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Can you imagine having a lot of sites down for more than 1 day? This is totatlly unrealible way of support.

What can I say to my customers? How can I exaplain this?

    Hi,

I'm sorry for this inconvenience and problem. Your sites weren't displayed without SSL everywhere. Only some internet providers for some reasons blocked the SSL certificate. We suppose they do it to check them and be sure that all is working fine. Could you please check if you still face this problem? After our test and investigation, all should work fine now.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
