Error on Server-Sync on Windows Server IIS 8.5

Hey,

we get the following error when trying to publish a site on Microsoft Windows Server IIS 8.5 w/ PHP 7.3:

Seems to me that some write permissions might need to be changed server-side.

But can you confirm your sync script works with aforementioned server setup?

  Hi,

  Please, delete the cache folder(s) from the server root, where you have the Brizy project. Also, delete all files and folder from the "var" folder. Try to run a test right after.

  thanks for your suggestion.

  You mean the server cache folder(s) under C:\Windows\TEMP/cache_latest, right?

  The cache folder must have emptied itself during the weekend since I had witnessed this problem already a couple of days ago and when visiting the domain again today, syncing process started over again but then again resulted in the same error message.

  And you mean the contents of the var folder within the brizy project? This is already empty except for a file named ".gitkeep" which should not be a problem.

  Hi,

  Yes, could you please delete the cache folder you mention and also the "var" folder that you can find inside the Brizy project? After this try to run a test.

  Dear Sandra,

  I'll forward your suggestion to the server admin as I don't have access to the server tmp/cache folder.

  But when just deleting the var folder inside the brizy project, the browser is trying to open /install_step_1.php and gives a 500 server error, fyi.

  Will let you know about the server admin's response then.
