URGENT! My entire site is not working correctly. Bad "back" navigation, bad home page, dropdowns don't work, etc...this just started about 1 month ago
I submitted a ticket about a month ago about my dropdowns not working. Brizy support got back saying they knew there was an issue and would get back to me....STILL NOT WORKING.
Now, I have several other problems. The first one:
My home page that used to be just fine is now now showing up correctly. I've added 2 screen shots of where you can see that it was set up using Brizy back in Feb 2021, but when I click to edit, I am getting the 2nd image error.
Another issue, all my pages do NOT go back a page when the back arrow is clicked. They now go to some random page.

You can close this ticket out. I still don't know what update did this, but I restored a previous version, and I'm back now. It would be nice to know why it happens though.

Hi Nicole,
Could you please tell us what versions of Brizy Free and Brizy PRO you have? You can see this in Plugins(from the left WordPress sidebar). I guess you have an old version of PRO but I don't realize how old.
*The latest versions are 2.2.17 for Free and 2.2.11 for PRO.

I'm using Brizy Pro, clients site totally garbled (DOGS DINNER) Can't sent ticket as no help. Totally disappointed with Brizy customer care. Will be asking for refund! The site is https://cleanseal.uk.

The problem has been solved, but was caused by the Brizy Update!
