URGENT SSL Not working

Hello, ssl is working for https://www.philpayne-windowcleaning.co.uk, however if I goto http://www.philpayne-windowcleaning.co.uk or http://philpayne-windowcleaning.co.uk it does not work (indeed the A record doesnt work), if I got the https with www, it eventually goes there but throws up a site security error message. Please help.
