Can't load custom vídeos in the page

Hi

I am using brizy cloud and when trying to insert a custom vídeo in the loading is working, but after some few seconds just end and stay asking to load a vídeo. I am trying to load a MP4 vídeo format.

I am using PRO version

  Hi,

  Can I know the size of the file you are trying to upload? Did you try to upload another file or to another project?

  I tried in a total new project and with different videos... no one has worked...

  Hi,

  .mp4 will work fine, but there is a size limit. It is 50 MB for the video element.
