Error al enlazar un bloque en el menú cuando estás en otra página (anchor links)

He creado enlaces a bloques específicos de una página concreta en el menú de mi web. Acabo de ver que, si estás en esa página (concretamente, los enlaces funcionan bien (algo descuadrados) y llevan al bloque. El problema viene cuando estás en otra de las páginas de la web, por ejemplo en la home, y haces click en el menú, entonces no funciona el enlace.

Tengo la versión PRO. La web, al estar en construcción, está protegida con contraseña. Si no me he explicado bien os paso la contraseña para que comprobéis lo que digo.

  Another related question: The sticky menu covers part of the anchor elements when link, displaying them. Is there a solution?
