No Edit with Brixy Option

I purchased Brizy Pro. Downloaded, copied to WP directory ...  it shows installed & I activated it.  However there is no "Edit with Brizy" when I create a new page. Logged out and back in with no change.

Any idea what is happening?

Version: brizy-pro-2.2.9  ...  I am running under WAMPServer64 (if that makes a difference).

  P.S. I am running the app in FireFox, but I also tried Edge with no change.

  Hi Eric,

  Could you please make sure you installed and activate the Brizy Free plugin too at the latest version? At the moment we have the 2.2.13 version for Brizy Free. It is mandatory to install and activate the Brizy Free plugin too because the Brizy Pro is an extension of the Brizy Free.

  Also, could you please check if you have the latest version for WordPress 5.7.1?

  Installing the free version worked. If I may, a couple of suggestions.

  1) It should be stated in the "Welcome to the Family" - Pro email that the Free version needs to be installed. I watched a number of videos before selecting Brizy, but never installed the Free version prior to purchase.

  2) Add a link in "Welcome to the Family" email to a video showing how to install and start-up, such as the links below. One link is included with the Free version, but not the Pro version.

  • How to install Brizy PRO and activate your PRO license

  Thanks for your assistance! My first impressions were not so great and took way longer than needed. It was not clear to me when going to the Help center that there was a difference between Brizy Builder and Brizy WordPress Plugin. So maybe a link to the https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/categories/360001183911-Brizy-WordPress-Plugin support page as well.
