    Hi Alex,

Thank you for all these details. Did you encounter this problem only with images added in the background? Did you try to add another image? Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.13 and Brizy Pro 2.2.9 version? Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you have the same problem?

Also, could you please go to the WP Media Library, select the image you added in the background and try to modify it (rotate or crop it), did you receive some errors?

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Hi Sandra. Thanks a lot for the reply.

So, I have no idea if I replied to your message (and it's just not being approved yet) or haven't, so I am sending it again... I need vacations. :)

So, I did all you've asked and the issue continues; even regular Brizy blocks do not show images.
Also, I activated the current template we use (AVADA) and it works. :(

I wonder if the issue could come from:
    1. the fact that it is a staging environment (but then again, AVADA worked fine)
    2. the fact it's a Personal subscription on a multisite.

    Thanks!
    Alex

    Hi,

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any other message but happy to find this reply from you!

Could you please give us some details about the page you encounter this problem on? How did you use the Brizy over the Blocksy/Avada template? Are you using the "Default template" as a page template https://jmp.sh/o6VZCbK?

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Hi Sandra, it is working perfectly now! I had to revert my site from multisite to single site and now all backgrounds are a thing of beauty.

I have a new issue, though. Hope you can help me. I built the pages in Brizy Cloud and saved them as layouts. That allowed me to have a new website in less than 10 minutes, which was fantastic, but now all pop-ups have an issue. They are just taking half of the page and the text is cut (it seems like a margin issue, but apparently it's not). Also, the page scrolls to the top (on the background) and the pop-up has a crazy link.

    Example:

    https://sixdegreesmed.com/about/

Scroll until the bottom, to Leadership Team, and click on any of them.
I feel like it's something elementary that I am missing.

    Thanks again!

    Alex

    Hi,

Thank you for all these details. I encounter that when the pop-up is accessed the page scroll up. See here. We could reproduce this problem and already informed our team about this problem. When we will receive some details about this issue, we will inform you too! I'm sorry for this inconvenience!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Thanks, Sandra! Did you notice the change on the URL when it scrolls up?

    The URL became https://sixdegreesmed.com/about/#ijpoehzldcjabuadsitsntwmyhfqpqvmupfj

    So...

I found a way to at least have the form in full width. I set block-wide-max-width and block-max-width as none. It still looks messed up, but at least it's not cut in half.

NOW... it seems it affected the compression of the images in the pop-up. I read that there is an issue with Smush. Is that still the case?

    Thanks

    Alex

Hi Sandra - I just realized your pop up opens normally. Can you send a screenshot of how it looks on mobile? It shows an over giant image.

Did you use the Wordpress plugin?

    Thx
    Alex

    Hi,

1 - URL - it isn't an issue, it is normal for the pop-up. In such a way it is accessed and opened the pop-up.

2 - Yes, I used the WordPress plugin to reproduce the problem you reported too with the scroll when it opened a pop-up from the button.

3 - Yes, on the mobile mode is displayed only the image. Could you please check how is configured the pop-up to display in the mobile editor mode https://jmp.sh/ggPX6Ex? I noticed that you said you added some Custom CSS code, could you please temporary remove them and check if you receive the same inconvenience?

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

Apologies for the long time to get back to you... I was on vacations and really needed to disconnect.

So, the pop ups are working fine but just because of the CSS. When I remove it, all pop-ups become too narrow. So far, the CSS is taking care of it so all good.

I have another question for you (they never end! Lol).

I created a custom Search Results page using Brizy (after seeing this tutorial). The page looks cool but it's not bringing the actual results. Did I miss anything? Do I have to do anything on the search.php file?

You can see it live here. After typing the search term and pressing enter, I am taken to a page with all our blog posts, without any filtering.

You will see that I've tried with Brizy's search field and with the regular wordpress one. Removing one does not change the scenario. I'm on the latest version of both Brizy and Pro. :)

    Thanks!
    Alex

    Hi,

Great! It is very important to take some days and be disconnected from work! Hope you had a great vacation!

Could you please give us more details about how did you create the Search page? Did you create a Brizy Template? What display condition did you set? What element did you use inside this template?

    Best regards,
    Sandra
