    Hi Tony,

Could you please send us a screenshot of the problem you encounter? Also, could you please send us the URL link of the page with this issue? Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.13 and Brizy Pro 2.2.9?

Are you using the Homepage template from the "Kids Quest" layouts? I imported this page but all seem to display fine. See here. Also, I imported the homepage from the "Kidsplay" and the same all seems to display fine. See here.

Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Also, could you please clean the browser and site cache? Do you receive the same problem?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi,

I use Kidsplay layout and i mean these profile images which are in middle of the page.
In editor those looks ok, but if update it and look them in site i get broken image.

By changing some margins and paddings fix it mostly, but center image gets messy look if i just replace it there.

I use latest brizy plugins and i use twentyninty as a base template.

Cache i have disabled by default via chromes console and that didn't help.

    Here are couple of screenshots:
PS. i use this layout as is so i just replace images there.
    This is desktop size

And if i change browsers screensize i will get images there like here

    Link to page is here

    Hi Tony,

Could you please increase the column margin? See here. Could you please try to set up it in the pixel value and not in the percentage value? We have reported a similar problem in our list where the image isn't displayed because of the big padding and margins. We think they are interconnected with the issue you encounter. At the moment, we are investigating this problem and searching for the best solution. At the moment, I can suggest minimizing the column margin and re-upload the image. In such a way the image will be displayed fine.

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
