Unable to login to Brizy cloud

I am using Brizy on three websites, and none can save an element to Brizy cloud. It doesn't accept the login credentials I use to login into the Brizy account. When I try to sign up fresh, it says my email is invalid. How do I fix this?

  Thank you for all these details. We created a private ticket for this request. Could we please continue there the discussion about this problem? Could you please share with us, in that private ticket, the email of your Brizy Cloud? Did you use the same credentials you use for the Brizy Account?

  Hi Sandra, 
  I can log in to only one of my Brizy sites and not for the rest of the two. 
  I am using the same credentials as the Brizy account.

  Hi,

  All 3 sites are stored in the same account? Or they are stored in 3 different accounts? What are the sites where you encounter some problems?

  Hi,

  Thank you for all these details! We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials for these 2 sites where you encounter this problem? Also, could you please send us the email and password of your Brizy account? We want to check all these details from our end but to secure these details, we created a private ticket where you can feel free to share them.
  You had to receive a notification regarding this by email (con***sh [at] g***m). Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site and the Brizy account credentials?
