Bug Issue With Page Scroll, It Shakes, Impossible Navigation

Hi.

. I have created a page on a WP theme

. I have the latest version of the Free plugin installed

. I have the latest version of the paid WP plan installed

. I have deactivated all other plugins on my theme

The design, creating the page is ok.

Now, the issue is that after completing the page when I scroll up or down, the page shakes a lot, making  the navigation impossible (read above, i have already checked everything so i can get an answer from your tech team).

I need your teach team to check and tell me how to fix this, because it should scroll up or down without issues, but its just impossible.

I can´t share the domain name here for privacy reasons in a public board, how can I share the url with Brizy so you can check and report back with (hopefully) ideas to fix this problem?

  I noticed that you said you have the latest versions for Brizy Free and Brizy Pro but could you please check if you have the 2.2.13 version for Brizy Free and the 2.2.9 for Brizy Pro?

  Hi 

  I have checked and i can confirm i am using the latest, 2.2.13 version for Brizy Free and the 2.2.9 for Brizy Pro.

  When you scroll up and down, you´ll notice how the page is not moving naturally, and i just cant find the reason for this issue. Please ask your tech team to provide info of the issue and how to fix it.

  Hi,

  Thank you for all these details. I checked the page in 2 browsers (Chrome and Safari) and all seems to work fine. See here the video from Chrome and here from Safari. What browser did you use and find an inconvenience on scroll? Could you please try to delete the browser cache?
