    Hi,

Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.16 and Brizy Pro 2.2.11? Could you please clean the site and browser cache? Do you receive the same problem? Is the header set as global? How many global blocks you have on the homepage?

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

    - Yes, I have the latest version.

    - The issue takes place regardless of the browser I use, Chrome, Edge or Firefox.

    - Yes, the header is set to global.

    - I have 3 blocks. Hero, header, and footer.

As I said, I go back and edit my Home page, re-arrange the header back to where I want, I save. And it will be where I want it to be. If I edit my blog template, save and exit, my menu header in my Home page only goes to the bottom (above the footer).

    Hi,

Thank you for all these details! We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site?
I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

The email said it was a bug and it will take 3 days to fix. I do not mind waiting. The website I created was for me to learn WordPress and compare it to Joomla. After watching some of your colleague's webinars, I decided to invest in Brizy as a token of appreciation for your company efforts. I still need to add more course reviews. Fortunately, I have written about them on LinkedIn and Quora. Once I think I have it ready, I will let my friends know. :)

    Take care.

Thank you for your kind and motivational reply. We really appreciate all you are doing! It is very important for us.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience you found with the footer global block. Unfortunately, we can't reproduce it on our sites and wanted to test it on your environment to find the cause and try to find a fix for it. We write that we need 3 days because, for such problems, we need to collaborate with our developers and testers. Therefore, this type of work can take approximately 3 days, this delay depends on the complexity of the issue.

If you want to share with us in that private ticket the WP credentials of your site, we will check this problem and will inform you about our investigation.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
